sry im a noob but i just cant get my neogeo games to work

it keeps complaining about these files missing..
sfix.sfx NOT FOUND
sp-s2.sp1 NOT FOUND
sm1.sm1 NOT FOUND
000-lo.lo NOT FOUND

i put the r0m into the roms folder and it keeps saying im missing those files.. i have no idea what where to get those files and where to put them also

the neogeo bios you get in here... http://www.bioshouse.fr.st just click on neogeo bios and you will be ready to download them... make a folder with the bios dont do anything with the bios just keep them there... put the neogeo games in the bios folder and thats it... i am saying this because a lot of people i know of do not know how to do this... this is not a message bored im the only one helping in here and u mojob are just a waste of time
