weird bug with mame when kaillering

because it only happens when playing online:
when i try to configure a kof game to home mode, the reset option that supposedly should appear in the first tab menu, doesn´t appear and i can´t switch to home mode, i do all the steps: i host the game(any kof), when loaded hit tab, then dip switches, home mode, back, and since there is no reset option, i reset with F2, but nothing, still arcade mode....but offline the reset option is there and can change to home normaly.

what also i´ve tried: to uninstall the emu, to delete all the file but not the requiered to let the program run, even when the pc was formatted it still happens using a redownloaded mame with default settings.... weird weird weird. others that host can switch normally.

any ideas? well, i know a quick answer would be others instead of me host, but i really want to know what´s wrong here.

you should ask the mojob rabbIt (kaillera.com/downloads section is his e mail)
for that, because as you said, you are in capcom land, so maybe nobody would know about kof stuff like this.

no that´s true,that is what i see: here ppl only talk about sf stuff, x team, and kiddy things like that related to capcom, rarely about other games.
why do you get annoyed fo that? .

in fact, i only see those guys you meant playing capcom on kaillera.....anyway, why do you worry if this is or not a capcom land? if they like only capcom good for them, bad for us who don´t like to play capcom only, but only get good ping at capcom land,.

Wrong, if you ever saw me on kaillera you would notice that im very much geared towards playing Gens and old skool games on mame such as MK. I tend to steer away from the crapcom fighters.

To answer your second point.... Rabbit has mentioned before that incorporating the new mame into kaillera would require a rewrite of sorts. Something which he hasn't got the time to do because of real life etc....
