that is pretty shady ace, thought we were cool. would love to see the code or at least the tree view. would be interested in seeing how you got it in. and where you need to place the code


i have made many but could never get it to load. so i gave up a while ago. come ace show us the light. ..

Well I don't know how to respond to this, except with a couple of questions.

1-Will there be improvements to the overall program? If so, like what? Spam filtering? Better net code? Better compatibility?

2-Are the improvements you've done worth keeping the source code to yourself?

3-How will your version of kaillera affect the furture project from Anthem's(James) Okai project?

4-Have you talked to Chris about this?

Then ... how to respond..
1) There aren't much Improvements... i used code from 067, fixed bad routines according 079, compatibility with 079...
2) Uhm... yes, I have extrapolated many portions of original K code and i have put them in separated code... all changes are marked
3) I dont know Anthem's(James) ...
4) No

This is my litlle job just for fun...
and i dont know if i want really give it to public... (just some friends)
I haven't much time to spend for mame...
I have others targets, like 7zip and developing a new rommanager :wink:
I seen that many people use 064.... (Why? my old 067 build works fine!)
I haven't found 064 source code.... so i dont know differences with 067

people dont use mame 67 cause
1.The default configuration kills people
2.it doesnt look modern
3.gos full screen as default

i think TFR stopped working on mame32k because no one used mame 67 and probably got him pissed for all the work hes done to go down the drain

However, i'm testing mame32k with a my friend...
gameplay works fine (no desync)
If someone wants try it, join to irc...
actually i haven't a site to store this beta version.

Bugs to fix:
1) chat mode cause emu hangs
2) When player 2 drop game, emu could crash (i must check 067 for this)
