Kaillera Application Client

I am sure that some people have heard of the application that you attach to your site that enables you to connect to an IRC server-channel, its called "PJIRC".
My question is, would it be possiable to create a Kaillera Java Application that you put on your site and it will connect you to Kaillera like any other emulator with the Kaillera implementation?

Maybe you could enable a button thats in the Kaillera Java Client that will load a r0m that is stored on the site which you are loading from?

I am sure this is possiable or one day will be.
