HK² aillera V13 in work!!!!

I work on tha last version for my build based on MAME103u1source, i'll try this time to have a smaller compressed EXE...

It'll be finish about 2 or 3 days

All is finish i just have to upload it to my site...
i'll do it tomorrow, i have to update my page too...

Haze put himself some neogeo recent roms like kof2003,samsho5,samsho5sp
so for the first time i do no one change in neogeo driver, it is just the 'official set' (alleluia!! kaillera roms compatibility can be increase:) )

Will it have playable X-Men 6 player version online?

Will it have Streets of Rage 2 (megaplay) online play?


If so, then this release could kick major butt... ;)

Also I suggest you include the new "multiplayer" category filter available from mameworld.net recently. It's great!

It would be great if you could make the exe file a bit smaller like the "official" mame32k? Hkaillera's has always been huge :( If it were smaller, it would be easier for more people to get it faster... ;) Best of luck with that!

Bad thing, i taking a lot of time with addition of Neogeo_Key, i've do it on the V5 and V9 but in these version, i still have some bugs in the configuration interface, in 'Input this game'...i try to correct it, so the build will come a bit later ...

i know About X-men 6player he is in my build but video emulation is not 100% accurate:s
And Street of rage 2 (megaplay) he is in too;)

Ah yes...HKaillera V13 = 10Mo;)

I maybe solve the neogeo key bug interface,
if it's ok, i just have to add Capcom special key (3 punchs,3kicks,...)
And all it'll be allright

Congrats on a new release! The last version (v9 updated) would crash for me as it tried to search for games or during a full audit. :(

Hopefully I'll have better luck with this new version! ;)

Yep i know what you mean about the audit, it's the fastaudit file who make this bug,
in all case these V13 seems to be a really better version than V9, as good than V5 i think.
Well i'm happy you like it:)

A last thing about V13 about the key-pad configuration of capcom games,
i haven't add 3 punchs or special attack keys, 3 punchs or 3 kicks are available with ABC BCD keys, and in time i probably have to change the place of the button 456 key on capcom keys.

Well if someone found a bug or have a suggestion, i'm open to try it on next source or for a little update of this build.

I'd like to point out to Command.dat users that you must create a "lang" folder manually (inside HK2's folder) , and then an "en_US " folder inside of that. Then paste in command.dat and you'll be able to access your move lists just like normal. :)

Hey Yano, in case you didn't get my email, I need help figuring out how to use ctrlr files with V13. Neither the .ini or the .cfg kind seem to work,,,,,even the default files that came with it do nothing if you selet them in the controller menu.....

Argh.. no offense but the background colors hurt my eyes! At least include some alternatives in the package that aren't so bright/shocking. Thanks!

Otherwise keep up the good work!

I can't wait to try out some X-Men 6 players online or something. Wish I had the time :(

I just wish the file size could be gotten down to like Mame32 official (why is HKaillera so much bigger??). That might help more people download it...

The size is 10Mo, just like the official;)
About the background, some people like it, some other think like you,
but change the background it's so easy....it is not important for me...

(the V9 was big simply cause i don't use the UPX, cause i thrusted it can help little configuration (like P3) but it seem to be wrong so the V13 use the UPx)
